Life objective |
|
|
|
My desire is to be used by God through the power of His Holy Spirit to help the church in general and individuals in particular come to know, hear, and obey God, moving from where they are to where He wants them to be. The Scripture passage that motivates my ministry is Colossians 1:28-29: “We proclaim him (Christ), admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.” |

Statement of Faith and Belief |
|
I
believe the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God and as such it is
the only infallible authority by which to pattern our lives.
I
believe that salvation comes by God’s grace alone through an individual's
decision to trust Jesus Christ as their Savior and make Him their Lord.
I
believe Jesus was virgin born, lived a sinless life, died a real and actual
death, was buried in a borrowed tomb only to rise again to life three days
later, and that He will return visibly to earth one day soon to judge the
living and the dead and to establish His kingdom forever.
I
believe the local church is Christ’s true love and His instrument for
reaching our Community and the world with the Gospel. The Great Commission
is Our Mission.
I agree completely with The Baptist Faith and Message including its latest additions.
